Launched in Fall 2019, The CAVE at East Tennessee State University stands as a cutting-edge varsity esports hub, empowering Buccaneers to dominate in Valorant, Rocket League, and League of Legends on national stages. Tucked into the D.P. Culp Student Center, this immersive arena fuses high-stakes competition with open-lab access and campus-wide community spirit.

As a university-managed facility, The CAVE is open exclusively to current ETSU students, with no general public or neighboring community access available.

The space delivers top-tier PC stations, live broadcasting booths, and dedicated training zones, all engineered for precision play and content creation. Beyond the matches, ETSU Esports fuels leadership, media production, and streaming skills, equipping students for careers in event ops, shoutcasting, or digital branding.
