OU Esports & Gaming Lounge anchors a flagship campus venue blending varsity esports, recreational gaming, VR, and community-focused events. Co-managed by Campus Recreation and the OU Esports Club within the Student Union, this modern, inclusive space channels competitive drive with easygoing hangs, giving Sooners a spot to battle, bond, and broadcast. High-performance PCs, console systems, and quality peripherals fuel OU’s varsity and club squads while sparking open hours, club meetups, and informal gatherings that knit the gaming crowd together.

The facility is open to the general public alongside OU students, faculty, and staff—walk-ins welcome weekdays for campus members (students/faculty/staff) and weekends for all, with off-campus rates at $6.50/hr or $65/10hrs alongside student discounts at $3.50/hr, plus free trials and events like summer youth camps.

Undergraduate leaders often help run operations—managing sessions, assisting with equipment, and organizing tournaments—while the venue also hosts watch parties, streaming nights, and game socials that bring the online and in-person communities together.
