Montana Tech Esports Club – Grassroots Gaming Community & Competitive Hub

The Montana Tech Esports Club is a vibrant, student-led gaming community and competitive hub designed for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re dropping in for casual fun or suiting up for varsity-style teams, this inclusive club keeps the energy high and the doors open.

As a student organization, it is open exclusively to current Montana Tech students, with no general public or neighboring community access available.

Located in the dedicated games lab at HPER 143, the club offers high-performance PCs (BYO mice/headsets welcome), Nintendo Switch consoles, and VR headsets for free-play and events. Squads compete in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Overwatch 2, while social gaming nights, LAN tournaments, and “free day” VR sessions fuel campus-wide engagement.
