Fan Wang Esports Room brings a sleek, high-tech edge to Columbia’s residential scene. Launched at the start of the 2022–23 academic year, this purpose-built lounge fuses pro-level hardware with inviting design—perfect for undergrads craving competition or downtime.

As a university-managed residential facility, it is open exclusively to current Columbia undergraduates and recognized student organizations, with no general public or neighboring community access available.

The room packs 18 Lenovo Legion PCs, dual console setups with towering 75″ screens, ambient LED lighting, and a 4K video wall loaded with titles like League of Legends, Valorant, Rocket League, Minecraft, Marvel Rivals, and beyond. It’s a dual-threat space: varsity squads drill for league play while casual groups host game nights or quick sessions. It’s more than gear—it’s a community anchor where strategy meets socializing, and every login sparks connection.
