Esports Lab at Northwest Missouri State University fuels a welcoming gaming community on the third floor of the J.W. Jones Student Union, where students of all levels dive into casual play, club competitions, and skill-building sessions. This dedicated space blends high-tier hardware with an open-door policy for Bearcats eager to connect over frags or strategy talks.

As a university-managed recreation facility, it is open exclusively to current NW Missouri State students during open rec hours (Mon–Fri 1–5 PM) and club hours (Tue 7:45–11 PM, Thu 6–9 PM), with reservations required for weekends; no general public or neighboring community access available.

The lab packs 16 RTX 3080 gaming PCs, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch 2 consoles—optimized for smooth multiplayer action and a variety of casual/competitive titles. Club hours and events keep the momentum rolling, from open rec to structured practices that sharpen the edge for all participants.
