FAU Esports Arena – Florida Atlantic University’s Premier Gaming Hub in Boca Raton

FAU Esports Arena in the Student Union on the Boca Raton campus delivers a high-energy, multi-purpose gaming retreat where Owls level up across digital and analog play at Florida Atlantic University. Launched in October 2020, this student-favorite spot packs 30 Lenovo Legion PCs (RTX 4070 Super GPUs), spacious mousepad desks, gaming chairs, and checkout kits (mice, keyboards, headsets) all free with an Owl Card swipe.

The arena is open to the general public for entry and viewing, but full gaming station access is exclusive to current FAU students, faculty, staff, and alumni via Owl Card swipe; no public or neighboring community play available.

Round out the vibe with five 65-inch TVs for console sessions, pool and ping-pong tables, board games, and flexible space for tournaments or casual hangs. Open daily during fall term ( from around noon to 10 PM, subject to events/holidays), it’s where competitive queues meet chill downtime.
